HOW TO USE:
- For raw consumption: thaw the product in the refrigerator between 0° C and 4° C. Cut and season to taste.
- For consumption after cooking: defrost the product in the refrigerator between 0° C and 4° C or in the microwave. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat and season according to recipe.
