Salted cod, grilled Cannara onions and mashed potatoes

  • INGREDIENTS

    • 400 g Monti salted cod hearts
    • 4 spring onions
    • Olive oil
    • 2 potatoes
    • Salt

  • PREPARATION

    • Cut the salted cod into the desired portions and place them in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil.
    • Clean the spring onions, cut them lengthwise in half and roast the halves on a hot griddle.
    • Boil the already cleaned potatoes in boiling salted water.
    • Once cooked, mash them and season with oil and salt to taste, then set aside.
    • Place the salted cod in the oven at 170°C and cook for about 20 minutes.
    • Serve by assembling the preparations.
