Salted cod, grilled Cannara onions and mashed potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 400 g Monti salted cod hearts
- 4 spring onions
- Olive oil
- 2 potatoes
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Cut the salted cod into the desired portions and place them in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil.
- Clean the spring onions, cut them lengthwise in half and roast the halves on a hot griddle.
- Boil the already cleaned potatoes in boiling salted water.
- Once cooked, mash them and season with oil and salt to taste, then set aside.
- Place the salted cod in the oven at 170°C and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Serve by assembling the preparations.
