Monti’s Corporate Welfare: what it consists of
In recognition of the operational results achieved in the budget, Monti decided to establish a annual premium for each employee.
In 2022, the first minimum target was reached and the company thus disbursed a budget of €1,000 to each worker, usable through the Howden Assiteca welfare platform.
A gesture that underlines the importance of the contribution of each individual team member in achieving the previous year’s company results.
This bonus was paid to all employees, regardless of position or seniority level.
