We are pleased to announce that Baccalà Monti will participate in the Seafood Expo Global 2024!
The largest fish trade fair where buyers, suppliers, media and other fish professionals meet to present their products, find new ones and network with other fish professionals.
Seafood Expo Global 2024: much more than just a fair
The Seafood Expo Global is the largest fish industry event on the planet, organized to help professionals expand their businesses around the world.
This will be the 30th edition of the event and will be the largest in its history.
More than 50,530 square metres of exhibition space will be used where the latest developments and news will be presented in:
- processing and sale of fish products
- packaging materials and machinery
- refrigeration and freezing equipment
- primary processing systems
- secondary processing systems
- hygiene control
- sanitization
- quality control services.
A truly global market that, in 2023, saw the participation of more than 34,400 specialists from 150 countries around the world to discover new suppliers and products.
The 2024 exhibition will also present the latest trends and products of the fish industry through the annual Seafood Excellence Global Awards.
Winners will be chosen in two categories
- Best product for retail
- Miglior prodotto per hotel/ristoranti/catering (HORECA)
Four special awards will also be given for innovation, retail packaging, convenience and product line-up from a selection of 40 finalists representing 15 countries.
